We’re excited to welcome a Space Coordinator to our small team in Toowoomba.

What You’ll Be Doing Front of House & Member Experience n

n
- Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests
n
- Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude
n
- Support members with general enquiries (in person, phone and email)
n
- Host community events and activities
n
- Create and issue member communications
n
- Contribute to Instagram posting and local marketing initiatives
n

Space Presentation, Operations & Admin nn
- Daily setup and pack down of the space
n
- Meeting room preparation and event coordination
n
- Manage stock levels, consumables and site orders
n
- Onboard new members and help them feel at home
n




- Process payments, membership changes and CRM updates
n

About You nn
- Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service
n
- Happy to roll up your sleeves - no job too small, and always ready to pitch in wherever needed
n
- Friendly, confident and comfortable initaiting conversations
n
- Organised, reliable and good at juggling tasks
n
- Happy being on your feet and moving around throughout the day
n
