Our doughnuts are hand-crafted and made fresh every day and we offer a wide range of flavours which range from the classic original glaze to our Filipino ube coconut bombolone.

About you:

- Robust understanding of yeast-raised products from fermentation, proofing, resting to frying/baking
- Works well in a team environment and has a cheerful attitude
- Able to produce consistent and high quality products
- Adheres to strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Committed to continuous professional growth
- Keeps team up to date with stock levels and prep jobs
- Can offer innovative ideas for new doughnut flavours
- Minimum Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
