Registered Nurse -General Practice
n Permanent Part time | 2 Days per Week

Complete Care Preston is a well-established, Mixed billing general practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred healthcare in a friendly and supportive environment.

We are seeking an experienced, friendly and motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing team on a permanent part-time basis.
n Previous General Practice Nursing experience is essential, and experience using Best Practice software and Hotdoc will be highly regarded.

n

About the Position

n

This is a permanent part-time role working 2 days per week. There are no evening or weekend shifts or public holiday providing an excellent work-life balance. You will work closely with our GPs and administration team to deliver high-quality clinical care and support the smooth operation of our treatment room.

- Chronic Disease Management and Care Plans

- Health Assessments

- Childhood and Adult Immunisations

- Recall and Reminder Management
n
- Triage and Clinical Assessment
n
- Wound Care and Injury Management
n
- Assisting GPs with Minor Procedures
n
- Treatment Room Management
n
- Stock Control and Ordering
n
- Infection Prevention and Control
n




- Patient Education and Health Promotion
n
- Supporting quality improvement activities
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and high clinical standards
n

Requirements and Qualifications

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Previous General Practice Nursing experience
n
- Current CPR certification
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
n
- A caring, professional and patient-focused approach
n
