About the role

n

This full-time position supports the day-to-day administration of our busy office and field operations. Working closely with management, employees, clients and suppliers, you will help ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Providing general office administration and data entry
n
- Answering phone calls and managing emails
n
- Preparing invoices, purchase orders and other documentation
n
- Maintaining plant maintenance, compliance and operational records
n
- Supporting management and field teams with administrative requirements
n
- Scheduling, filing and maintaining accurate records
n
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and employees
n
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the office
n

About you

n

To be successful in this role, you will be organised, reliable and professional,



with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

You will also have:

- Previous administration experience
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A positive and qualified approach
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n

n

Experience in the construction, civil, earthmoving or rail industries will be highly regarded. Experience with invoicing, purchase orders or accounting software will also be advantageous.
