Terika Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Sales Representative to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to take on both strategic sales management responsibilities and hands-on sales activities. Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
n
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients whilst identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns
n
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
n
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
n
- Provide coaching, support, and mentoring to junior sales team members, where applicable
n
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in a sales management or senior sales representative role within a competitive environment

- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels

- Excellent negotiation and closing techniques

- Sound understanding of the sales process, from prospecting through to contract completion

- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tools
n
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cooperative team
n
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop action plans

- Excellent organisational and time management abilitiesValid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region as required

- Experience in the local Coffs Harbour market or regional NSW sales environment is advantageous

- Previous experience in a similar industry or sector is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
