Mocha is a leading Australian family-owned fashion accessories business, and our wholesale production is growing rapidly.

As we continue to expand and work with major Australian and international wholesale companies, we're looking for two amazing people to join our growing production team.

n

A key role within our production team, coordinating production from product development and sampling through to delivery.

n

Responsibilities include:

n

- Coordinate production schedules, orders and delivery timelines
n
- Communicate daily with overseas suppliers and manufacturers
n
- Manage samples, purchase orders and production tracking
n
- Assist with costing, negotiations and quality control
n
- Track shipments and follow up suppliers
n
- Maintain accurate production records
n
- Use Excel to manage orders and production information
n
- Work closely with management to keep production running smoothly
n

We're looking for an organised, effective and fashion-focused person to support our Production Coordinator and management team.

n

The hours are flexible and can be tailored to the right candidate — whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we're open to discussing the days and hours that suit both you and the business.

Responsibilities include:

- Production administration and order tracking
n




- Updating Excel spreadsheets and reports
n
- Tracking samples, orders and delivery dates
n
- Communicating with overseas suppliers
n
- Assisting with purchase orders and production documentation
n
- Following up suppliers and outstanding items
n
- Supporting the Production Coordinator and management team
n

What We're Looking For

For both roles, Mandarin and Cantonese are essential, along with:

n

n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- A proactive and efficient approach
n
- Passion for fashion and accessories
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Fashion production, accessories or sourcing experience is an advantage
n
