Job Description

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of developer-led construction projects, ensuring work progresses efficiently, safely and in accordance with the program, plans and quality requirements. Our projects generally involve multiple dwellings and associated development works within a broader project. You will coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities to maintain momentum and ensure each stage is ready for the next.

Key responsibilities

- Managing the day-to-day operations of substantial, multi-dwelling construction projects
n
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades and suppliers
n
- Planning and sequencing works across multiple dwellings and work fronts
n
- Monitoring progress and maintaining construction programs
n
- Ensuring sites are properly coordinated and ready for the next stage of work
n
- Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining high standards of workmanship
n
- Identifying and resolving construction issues quickly and practically
n
- Coordinating materials, deliveries, plant and site requirements
n
- Managing defects and ensuring rectification is completed promptly
n
- Maintaining accurate site records, photographs and project documentation
n

About you

n

- Demonstrated Site Management experience on substantial, multi-stage construction projects involving multiple dwellings or comparable complexity
n
- Relevant experience in volume residential construction or a comparable low-rise commercial construction environment
n
- Strong knowledge of construction processes,



sequencing and site coordination
n
- The ability to coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors and work fronts
n
- A strong understanding of construction programs and deadlines
n
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
- A sound understanding of WHS requirements
