We're on the lookout for a fully qualified Maintenance Carpenter/Handyman to join our crew! If you're looking to step away from the stress of running your own business or just want reliable, ongoing work – this could be the change you're after.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

You'll be working directly with our Team leaders and team to carry out maintenance, repairs and project works on a variety of properties in and around Melbourne CBD & Surrounds.

n

Common tasks include:

n

- Plastering, patching and painting
n
- General building maintenance and handyman works
n
- Fire door repairs and compliance checks
n
- Small-medium carpentry projects and defect rectification
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n




- Proven experience in building maintenance and/or construction in a commercial environment
n
- Painting and plastering experience
n
- Reliable with your own tools and transport
n
- Strong attention to detail and work quality
n
- Able to work independently and manage time well
n
- Comfortable using phone app's for task management
n
- White Card
n
- Must have a Police Check and current Driver's Licence
n
