Key responsibilities

- Drilling, milling and turning steel components

- Mig welding and fabrication

- Inspecting and verifying components against drawings and specifications to ensure they meet required quality standards before assembly

- Assembly of SureGuide® products

- Operating workshop machinery and power tools

- Manual handling of materials and components

- Forklift operation

- Maintaining a safe,



clean and organised workshop

About you

- The legal right to work in Australia

- Proven experience in metalworking, machining and MIG welding, with demonstrated ability to operate a manual lathe and milling machine.

- A current forklift licence

- The ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including regular standing, manual handling and lifting and moving workshop materials and components

- Robust attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

- A commitment to safe work practices

- Reliability and the ability to work independently as part of a small team

- References will be required
