We are seeking a caring, dependable and resilient Residential Support Worker to join our team. You will help provide a safe, nurturing and structured home setting in which children and young people feel supported, valued and able to achieve positive outcomes.

- 1. Provide consistent, person-centred care tailored to each young person's needs.

- 2. Build trusting and professional relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

- 3. Support young people with daily routines, education, appointments, activities and community engagement.

- 4. Promote independence, confidence, emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.

- 5. Maintain a safe, welcoming and homely environment.

- 6. Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.

- 7. Respond calmly and appropriately to challenging situations.
n
- 8. Complete accurate daily records, reports and other required documentation.
n
- 9. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals.
n
- 10. Participate in handovers, team meetings, training and supervision.
n
- 11. Support with household duties and the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
