What You'll Be Doing

n

As a Waterpark Aquatics Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role across our Waterpark and attractions operation.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the daily Waterpark operations.
n
- Coordinate team deployment, staffing allocations and roster management.
n
- Monitor attraction performance and operational readiness.
n
- Complete safety, compliance and operational documentation.
n
- Support incident management and emergency response procedures.
n
- Lead, coach and develop Waterpark Lifeguards and Attendants.
n
- Ensure compliance with Waterpark operating procedures, safety standards and child safety requirements.
n
- Conduct operational inspections, audits and pre‐opening checks.




n
- Respond to guest enquiries and assist with issue resolution.
n
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and help create the Best Day Out Ever.
n
- Support special events, seasonal activations, school holidays and peak trading periods.
n
- Work collaboratively with Guest Services, Hospitality, Wildlife, Rides and Maintenance teams.
n

What Is Expected of the Applicant?

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in aquatic or water‐based operations.
n




- Strong demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Confident decision‐making abilities with excellent situational awareness.
n
- Comfortable completing documentation and following compliance‐based processes.
n
- High level computer literacy and confidence using digital systems and reporting tools.
n
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
n
- Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence and guest service.
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current Working With Children Check (required or willingness to obtain).
n
- Experience managing operational compliance, safety procedures or incident investigations highly regarded.
n
- Previous experience within theme parks, attractions, aquatic facilities, tourism or entertainment venues highly regarded.
n
- Reliable, positive and flexible, with availability to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays and major event periods.
