We have a brilliant career opportunity for a qualified and/or experienced Mechanical Technician at our Assembly, Service and Rebuilds Plant, located at Dandenong South.

What you will do in the role

n

n




- Carry out mechanical inspections, service, repairs and major rebuilds on elevated work platforms and diggers
n
- Monitor and record part usage
n
- Manufacture and repair hydraulic systems
n
- Assist in prototype building of recent machines
n
- On site and in house breakdowns and repairs
n
- Work in assembly as required.

About you

- Commitment to safety

- Detail orientated with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

- Experience in fitting and/or mechanical tasks
n
- Experience in working on installation and repair of hydraulic systems (Desirable)
n
- Understand and interpret circuit diagrams to search for faulty parts and other components,
n
- Ability to work as part of team and autonomously
n
- Current Drivers Licence
n
- Truck Licence and/or Forklift Licence (Desirable)
