Practice Manager – General practice Medical Centre | Point Cook VIC | Full time

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations at Point Cook Doctors.

n

Medical practice experience preferred

n

Recruitment and staff coordination

n

Medicare/billing and compliance knowledge

n

Ability to work with doctors and practice staff

n

Coordinate and oversee the Senior Receptionists

n

Support Senior Receptionists with staff management and operational issues

n

Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day practice issues

n

Oversee Medicare billing and claiming

n

Coordinate practice marketing activities

n

Liaise with doctors, staff and management to ensure smooth practice operations

n

About you

n

Medical Practice Management experience

n

Proficiency with Microkeeper

n

Best Practice – Medicare billing experience

n

Proficiency with Automed

n

Proficiency with HotDocs

n

Proficiency with Healthengine

n

Proficiency with HICAPS

n

Organised, proactive, solution-focused and confident in coordinating multiple teams and locations
