Your role would be pivotal to maintaining that relationship by providing knowledge, solutions and care to customers of our clients.

Customercare experience in the last 3 to 5 yearswithin Australia is highly valued and would preference your application.

Excellent attention to detail is a necessity as a lot of the administration is critical data related work with cost implications.

Our Ormond office is 5 minutes from the Ormond Train Station and our Carrum Downs office is located in the industrial area off the Peninsula freeway.

The hours are flexible with the option to work a minimum of 30 hours per week Monday to Friday. The role is not suited to students or residents on a visa or working from home.
