Job Description

You'll be onsite early, ready to learn, and keen to get stuck in. Working alongside experienced carpenters and builders, you'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of residential construction. From framing and lock-up through to fix, fit-off, decking and cladding, no two days are the same. You'll be taught the right way from day one, developing the skills and confidence needed to become a qualified carpenter.

- Has a genuine interest in carpentry and construction

- Shows up on time and is ready to work

- Is willing to learn and take direction

- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Works well within a team

- Takes pride in their work and appearance

- Holds a White Card (or is willing to obtain one)
n
- Has a driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
n
- Full-time apprenticeship with ongoing support and mentoring
n
- Learn from experienced tradespeople who actually want to teach
n
- Variety of projects including renovations, extensions and new builds
n
- Fridays = team coffee shout
n
- Team activities every 6 months
