Logistics / Customer Service Coordinator (Contract)

About the role
n As a Logistics / Customer Service Coordinator at PSA BDP, you will play a crucial role in providing coverage during a 3 month period ensuring the efficient and seamless coordination of customer orders and logistics within our busy warehousing and distribution operations. This 3-month contract position is based in our Altona North facility in Victoria.

What you'll be doing

n

- Manage and process customer orders, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
n
- Coordinate the movement of goods through the warehouse, including picking, packing and dispatching of orders
n
- Maintain detailed inventory records and provide reporting on stock levels and order status
n
- Assist with the development and implementation of logistics systems and processes to improve efficiency
n
- Provide high-quality customer service, handling queries and resolving any issues that may arise
n
- Support the broader operational team as needed to achieve team and company objectives
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous experience in a similar logistics or customer service role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or warehousing industry
n




- Previous experience in dangerous goods or chemical logistics advantageous
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
n
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
n
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
n
- A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
n
