Key responsibilities

n

Conduct 1:1 Physiotherapy consultations with 45-min initial and 30, 45-60-min follow-ups

n

Perform functional, postural, and sports-specific assessments for complex and long-standing cases

n

Mentor and support junior physiotherapists within the team

n

Deliver small group Strength, Rehab, Work Cover + TAC sessions

n

Deliver Clinical Pilates classes based on your training and interest (optional)

n

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across physio, osteo, myo and more

n

Help grow the clinic's reputation through community and referrer engagement

n

Commit to holistic, evidence-informed care

n

About you

n

Degree in Physiotherapy

n

Minimum 3 years' experience in private practice

n

Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance

n

Advanced manual therapy and assessment skills with a holistic clinical lens

n

Trained or experienced in Clinical Pilates and/or Strength & Conditioning

n

Confident, experienced clinician comfortable managing complex caseloads

n

Great communicator who thrives in a team-based, collaborative setting

n

Proactive, self-motivated clinician who genuinely wants to grow and help others grow

n

Available 4–5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

n
