That's Amore Cheese is a proudly Australian owned manufacturer of Italian style and artisanal cheeses, supplying restaurants, delis, supermarkets and customers across Australia.

We're looking for a reliable, energetic and hardworking Pick Packer to join our busy Dispatch & Warehouse team in Thomastown.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Working as part of our Dispatch team, you'll help make sure our products get from our warehouse to our customers accurately, safely and on time.

n

Your day will include:

n

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

n

Loading and unloading products weighing up to 15-20kg

n

Labelling, wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch

n

Rotating stock and following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures

n

Assisting with stock control and inventory checks

n

Working in cool room environments

n

Checking orders for accuracy and reporting any issues to Dispatch Management

n

Maintaining accurate records and paperwork

n

Working closely with our drivers and warehouse team to meet daily targets

n

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse

n

Providing friendly and professional service to our customers when required

n

What we're looking for

n

You'll be a great fit if you are:

Reliable and punctual – we need someone our team can count on

n

Physically fit and comfortable regularly lifting up to 20kg

n

Comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse environment

n

Able to work in cool rooms

n

Highly organised with positive attention to detail

n

A good communicator who works well as part of a team

n

Customer-focused and professional

n

Flexible and willing to jump in and help wherever needed

n

Comfortable following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements

n

Bonus, but not essential:

n

Experience with delivery driving

n

Previous warehouse, pick packing or food manufacturing experience
