We're looking for 2x experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join a national industry leader, working across a dedicated portfolio of premium commercial high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD.

n

Forget driving from one side of Melbourne to the other every day. This role offers minimal travel between a small portfolio of CBD sites, giving you more time on the tools and less time stuck behind the wheel.

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across a dedicated portfolio of commercial high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD.

n

Rather than constantly travelling across Melbourne to different jobs, you'll work across consistent CBD portfolio sites,



getting to know the buildings, equipment and clients you work with.

n

Day-to-day you'll:

n

n
- Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns
n
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across commercial HVAC systems
n
- Work on VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, package units, splits and associated mechanical plant
n
- Complete routine inspections and identify potential faults before failures
n
- Recommend repairs, upgrades and replacement works
n
- Liaise with supervisors, coordinators and building management
n
- Maintain accurate service reports and compliance documentation
n
- Build strong relationships with clients across your portfolio
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
- Restricted Electrical Licence
n
- Commercial HVAC service & maintenance experience
n
- Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
n
- Ability to complete a Police Check and pre-employment medical if required
n
