We are a busy modern pub venue looking for a hands-on Bar Supervisor to keep things running smoothly across our Weekdays and Weekends. You'll be the go-to person in the Bar — supervising staff, handling issues as they arise, and making sure patrons enjoy their experience at our Venue.

What you'll be doing

n

Overseeing nightly operations across bar and some floor

n

Leading and supporting bar & floor staff during service

n

Ensuring compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and OH&S; requirements

n

Handling cash, reconciliations, and end-of-night reporting

n

Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality pub or late-night venues

n

Current RSA certification (Victorian)

n

Solid leadership and people-management skills

n

Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems

n

Solid understanding of liquor licensing and venue compliance

n

Availability — Days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
