Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Organisational Change Manager (ICT Operating Model Change Specialist). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of future-state fit-for-purpose ICT processes and transitioning the approved ICT operating model into business-as-usual practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate the approved ICT operating model into practical governance frameworks, service delivery processes, roles, accountabilities, and contemporary ways of working.
n
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of fit-for-purpose future-state ICT processes across the organisation.
n
- Ensure new operating model processes and structures are effectively embedded across ICT functions and key business interfaces.
n
- Provide specialist expertise in ICT service delivery, governance, process design, organizational interfaces, and operational dependencies.
n
- Coordinate practical, structured change implementation plans to ensure minimal disruption to service continuity and operational delivery.

- Align operating model transition strategies with broader business objectives and target outcomes.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams to drive adoption, capability building, and sustainable change.

About You

n

- Proven experience as an Organisational Change Manager specializing in ICT operating model transformations and complex ICT process design.
n
- Deep understanding of ICT service delivery, IT governance frameworks, process optimization, and operational interface dependencies.
n
- Demonstrated capability in translating complex operating models into actionable roles, responsibilities, and governance structures.
n
- Strong track record of embedding structural and process change into business-as-usual operations while maintaining service continuity.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams through organizational change.
n
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to resolve complex operational dependencies and deliver fit-for-purpose change solutions.
