About the role
n
The Customer Experience Officer is a critical first point of contact for Wodonga TAFE, responding to a broad range of enquiries across phone, email, web chat and face-to-face channels.
n
In this role, you will provide clear, accurate and qualified advice to a diverse range of clients, supporting them from initial enquiry through to course application. You will play an important role in ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience while contributing insights to help improve engagement and service delivery.
n
The position works within the Community and Engagement Department and collaborates closely with training delivery teams and internal stakeholders across the organisation.
n
Selected Duties:
n
n
- Provide high-quality customer service, support, advice and information to current and prospective clients.
n
- Respond to enquiries across phone, email, web chat and face-to-face interactions.
n
- Manage your own workload, priorities and time to meet service standards.
n
- Maintain accurate knowledge of course information, careers advice and Wodonga TAFE services.
n
n

About you
n
You will bring:
n
n
- Relevant Diploma, or suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
n
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or administrative role
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to diverse audiences
n
- High levels of empathy, patience and professionalism
n
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work with a level of autonomy
n
- 1 - 3 years' recent experience providing administration services under a managed government funded VET training workplace.
n
n

What you'll need

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

- A current National Police Check (issued within three months of commencement)
n
- A current Employee Working with Children Check (or evidence of application)
n
- A current driver's licence where required.
