Job Description

This is a hands-on role that combines content creation, community management and social media coordination. You will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing content across multiple platforms, while attending events and venue activations to capture high-quality photo and video content that supports ongoing marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality, events and community-driven marketing, and enjoys creating content that captures atmosphere, personality and authentic experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photo and video content across both brands
n
- Attend events, live music performances and activations to create content
n
- Film interviews, testimonials and behind-the-scenes footage
n
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories and short-form video content
n
- Photograph food, beverages, venue spaces and guest experiences
n
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
n
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
n




- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
n
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
n
- Promote upcoming events through organic social channels
n

About you

n

n
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business, venue, brand or organisation
n
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
n
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
n
- Ability to capture and edit content using a smartphone
n
- Experience using Canva and video editing platforms
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Ability to work independently and within a close knit team
n
- Comfortable attending events and interacting with guests, performers and members
n
