This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at RM Autohaus, a leading premier European automotive repair and servicing provider in Hawthorn, Victoria. As a Motor Mechanic / Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, utilising your expertise to ensure our customers' cars are maintained to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

n

Perform routine maintenance and servicing on vehicles

n

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, using a range of tools and diagnostic equipment

n

Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients about the work required and the status of their vehicle

n

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all work carried out

n

Proactively identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance measures

n

Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

n

What we're looking for

n

Qualified Motor Mechanic or Automotive Technician, with a minimum of 3 years' European vehicle experience

n

Robust technical knowledge and hands-on experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models

n

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and rectify complex issues

n

Exceptional customer service orientation,



with the ability to communicate technical information clearly

n

A commitment to quality work and attention to detail

n

A clean driving licence and the ability to road test vehicles as required
