HITsa Training and Employment (Salisbury) is part of the HITsa Group, an established Registered Training Organisation delivering vocational qualifications and short courses across South Australia, focused on helping people build skills and achieve their career goals.

About the Role

n

This full-time position is based at our Salisbury site and plays a key role in supporting students, trainers and industry partners while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the Salisbury site.

n

You will be responsible for coordinating enrolments, student support, compliance administration, attendance monitoring, training logistics and data management while contributing to a positive and welcoming learning environment.

Skills & Experience

n

- Experience in administration or operations (RTO experience highly regarded)
n
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and systems use
n
- Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner
n
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
n

n

Willingness to obtain

n

n
- National Police Clearance (SAPOL)
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- Experience with Job Ready Student Management System
n
- Understanding of RTO Standards and training environments
n
