About You

n

n
- 4+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within a Tier 2 builder or builder‐developer environment
n
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
n
- Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+
n
- Strong understanding of the full contract administration process
n
- Highly organised, commercially minded and able to manage multiple priorities
n
- A stable employment history and a genuine interest in finding a long‐term opportunity
