Key responsibilities

n

Coordinate, schedule and manage the daily dispatch of our fleet of delivery vehicles and delivery teams

n

Plan and optimise delivery runs throughout metropolitan Melbourne using Google Maps

n

Contact customers to arrange and confirm delivery bookings

n

Manage daily run sheets and ensure delivery schedules are communicated effectively

n

Respond to customer enquiries regarding deliveries

n

Manage a shared voicemail inbox and ensure communications are actioned promptly

n

Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time

n

Provide general administration and operational support as required

n

About you

n

Highly organised and detail-oriented

n

Reliable, punctual and accountable

n

Energetic and motivated

n

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

n

A robust communicator with excellent customer service skills

n

Capable of managing competing priorities and solving problems independently

n

Comfortable working as part of a team while also taking ownership of responsibilities

n

Familiar with Melbourne metropolitan suburbs and delivery zones





n

Competent using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Teams and Word

n

Current Police Check (less than 2 years old) or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement

n

Full Australian working rights with no restrictions

n

Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
