Job Description
The Buttery, a not-for-profit organisation, invites applications for the First Nations Cultural Strategy and RAP Implementation Coordinator. Based in Coffs Harbour, the role focuses on reconciliation, cultural safety and organisational change to benefit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

You will report to the CEO and support RAP commitments, policy influence and workforce capability. The position is 35 hours per week with hybrid work between the Coffs Harbour office and work from home,
