This is a full-time, in office A-Grade Electrician role within the mechanical electrical sector. The electrician will install electrical systems associated with HVAC, VRF/VRV, air handling units, chilled and hot water plants, pumps and motorised valves on high-density residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Wire and connect MSSB
- Integrate electrical components into BMS
- Perform testing and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations
- Diagnose faults in electrical systems
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams
- Document work carried out on installations such as stair pressurisation systems, lobby tempering, carpark ventilation and pool heating

About you

- Strong foundation in BMS / DDC and mechanical electrical
- Competence in installation of electrical components associated with VRF/VRV, air handling units, pumps, boilers and ventilation




- Proficient troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults in complex, integrated mechanical-electrical setups
- Valid A-Grade Electrician licence and understanding of Australian electrical standards and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and BMS integration documentation
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with project managers, engineers and other trades
