This role will focus on client service, loan administration, lender follow-up and supporting the end-to-end loan process. You will be working closely with clients, lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience while helping drive the success of the business.

Key responsibilities

- Manage client communication throughout the loan process
n
- Prepare and manage loan application documentation
n
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders
n
- Support brokers with loan progression and settlements
n
- Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
