About the Opportunity

Service Stream’s Energy division are currently looking to build our candidate pool of experienced Trade Assistants who have experience in burners, boilers, balance of plant and magaldi in coal fired power stations.

With newly awarded contracts, we are looking to strengthen our capability and are open to applicants from both Queensland and New South Wales.

Nature of position

Casual

Location: Queensland / New South Wales

Reporting Line: Operations

Key Roles / Responsibilities

- Execution of work packages in accordance with the relevant standard
- Ability to work cohesively in a multi-disciplined team
- Previous experience working with Fitters, Boilermakers & Welders
- Participate in toolbox talks and relevant safety documentation and information
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
- Provide accurate update information to Leading Hands and Supervisors

About You

- Construction Induction Card
- Driver’s Licences preferred
- High Risk Work Licence (LF, WP) – preferred
- Working at heights certificate valid within 2 years
- Confined space certificate valid within 2 years
- Gas Test Atmospheres valid within 2 years – preferred but not essential
