Coffin World is seeking a reliable and professional Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands‐on role combining warehouse operations, deliveries, and basic equipment installation.

Due to the nature of the funeral and care industry, this position requires professionalism, reliability, and a respectful approach when working with funeral homes and customers.

About the Role

This role involves delivering coffins, caskets, and related products across Victoria, along with maintaining warehouse operations and assisting with installations.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of:

Driving and deliveries

n

Warehouse work

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver coffins, caskets, and related products across Victoria

n

Deliver and install lift recliner chairs and related equipment (training provided)

n

Maintain a clean and organised warehouse

n

Operate forklift (licence required)

n

Assist showroom customers where required

n

Provide professional and respectful customer service

n

Support general warehouse and operational duties

n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is:

A hands‐on all‐rounder who is comfortable working across deliveries, warehouse duties, and customer interaction

Reliable and punctual

n

Physically fit and capable of manual handling, with a strong commitment to workplace safety

n

Professional and respectful in sensitive environments

n

Able to work independently and as part of a team

n

Organised with strong attention to detail

Requirements

n

Current Driver's Licence (Essential)

n

Forklift Licence (Essential)

n

Clear National Police Check (within 3 months)

n

Warehouse, logistics or delivery experience (Preferred)

n

Willingness to learn equipment installation (training provided)

n

Typical Schedule

n

Delivery Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

n

Warehouse & Install Days: Tuesday, Thursday
n (Subject to operational requirements)
