We are seeking an experienced Estimator, or a trade professional (like a Carpenter) looking to transition your on-site knowledge into an office.

You will be the backbone of project cost accuracy and purchasing. You will provide accurate, comprehensive cost estimations and quantity take-offs for residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities include;

- Cost Estimation & Take-offs
- Price Book & Software Management
- Purchase Orders & Budgeting
- Job Contro
- Sales Estimating
- In office Problem Solving

You will need to display;

- The Right Attitude & Character
- Eagle Eye for Detail
- Tech-Savvy Aptitude

We are ideally seeking a person who has;

- Demonstrated experience as a Residential or Commercial Estimator.
- A trade background (e.g. carpentry) with a genuine desire to move into an off ice-based role.
- A background with a construction supplier or building material manufacturer.
- Draftsperson or similar experience with understanding of building plans, construction processes and procurement practices.

Must be local to Shepparton, or willing to relcoate.
