About the role

n

Joining the Network Services team based in Silverwater, you will collaborate with a highly skilled team to manage diverse IT environments across several geographies. You'll work in a dynamic and responsive IT Operations environment supporting our Franchisor offices and franchise stores across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, and Malaysia.

n

Your primary responsibilities include managing distributed Cisco (wired and wireless), Juniper (Wired & Wireless - Mist) and Fortinet environments in our franchise stores, as well as Juniper, Fortinet, and F5 technologies in our Data Centres.

n

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Leading by example, showcasing your expertise in operational change management, and creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive network documentation.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service through efficient service request fulfillment.
n
- Driving Business-As-Usual initiatives including installation and upgrading of network systems.
n
- Troubleshooting and escalating incidents and problem management cases across franchise store, corporate and data centre networks.
n
- Analysing faults raised with external vendors and recommending effective and appropriate solutions.
n
- Actively participating in project related activities.
n

About you

n





You will possess a relevant qualification and a Cisco CCNP certificate or equivalent, with experience in a large enterprise environment. You have strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills. You are customer focused, results oriented, self-motivated, and capable of performing well under pressure.

n

You will also have:

n

n
- Good hands‐on skill on Routing & Switching, Wi‐Fi, Network Security (Firewall & SIEM), Network Load Balancing, DC Spine & Leaf Technologies
n
- Experience/familiarity operating on Cisco and Juniper devices & Juniper Mist Platform.
n
- Experience/familiarity with Fortinet Firewalls, Forti‐Managers, Forti‐Analyzer.
n
- Experience with cloud technologies (such as Azure Private, Public).
n
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
n
- Technical writing and documentation skills.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Proven skills in time management and building strong stakeholder relationships.
n
- Experience managing remote access solutions, such as SSL‐VPN.
n
- Administration experience using SolarWinds NPM, NCM, and IPAM modules.
n

n

Experience with the following will also be an advantage

n

n
- Juniper JNCIS Certification or equivalent.
n
- F5 (APM, LTM, GTM & iRules) experience.
n
- Other Network Management platforms, such as AKIPS.
n
