Salary: $85,000 + super + bonus

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join a well-established organisation operating within the transport and commercial vehicle sector.

The Opportunity

n

This position sits at the heart of the sales and operations function, ensuring orders are coordinated seamlessly from initial purchase through to final delivery. This role would suit a highly organised professional who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include

n

- Managing the full sales coordination process from order placement through to delivery and invoicing.
n
- Raising and managing purchase orders for suppliers and service providers.
n
- Coordinating transport, vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
n
- Monitoring order progress, forecasting delivery timelines and maintaining accurate tracking systems.
n
- Processing invoicing, costing adjustments and supporting financial reconciliations.
n
- Liaising with internal teams,



suppliers and customers to provide updates and manage expectations.
n
- Identifying potential delivery risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and broader administrative projects.

About You

n

- Previous experience in sales administration, sales coordination, logistics, scheduling or customer service.
n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.
n
- The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
n
- A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
n
- Experience within transport, logistics, manufacturing, fleet, automotive or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
