genU is looking for a hands-on and supportive Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our Seasons Cafe in North Geelong. You'll help create a welcoming environment for customers while coaching and supporting employees of all abilities to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive at work

What you'll do

n

As our Site Supervisor, you'll:

n

n
- Keep daily café operations running efficiently and safely
n
- Mentor and train team members to build skills and confidence
n
- Maintain great food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
n
- Support continuous improvement and create a positive customer experience
n

n

What you'll bring

- Hospitality experience - café, restaurant or similar workplace
n
- A positive, patient and supportive leadership style
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- An enthusiasm for working alongside people of all abilities
n

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)

- Experience in disability employment or supported workplaces

- Budgeting, ordering and inventory management experience
