Job Description

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor with a strong background in civil construction, particularly road rehabilitation projects to take responsibility for the successful day-to-day delivery of works on site.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and coordinating employees, subcontractors and plant on site
n
- Managing daily construction activities and ensuring works are completed in accordance with project drawings
n
- Supervising road rehabilitation and general civil construction works
n
- Coordinating plant, materials and labour requirementsConducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
n
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements
n
- Liaising with Project Managers, clients,



subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Identifying and resolving site issues to keep projects running efficiently
n

About you

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction
n
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role
n
- Strong experience in road rehabilitation works
n
- Sound knowledge of civil construction methods, machinery and site operations
n
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
n
- Robust leadership and communication skills
n
- Ability to effectively manage crews, subcontractors and competing site priorities
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence and Construction Industry White Card
