About the Role

SKS Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time, in office role focused on service, maintenance, construction wiring, and small project works across a variety of commercial sites.

n

Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair works across commercial sites
n
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults efficiently
n
- Testing and inspecting systems and equipment, including RCBOs, Exit & Emergency fittings, Thermal Imaging, and Test & Tag appliances
n
- Completing installation, upgrade, and construction wiring works
n
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards
n
- Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service
n
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
n




- Supporting project delivery and responding to reactive maintenance requests
n
- Working independently while effectively managing workloads and priorities
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current Electrical Licence (or relevant trade qualification)
n
- Construction Wiring experience and capability
n
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Proficient computer skills and experience using testing instruments
n
- Experience in commercial and/or industrial service environments
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Ability to pass a mandatory Police Check
n
