Our company is a large family-owned franchise of the Avis Budget group with 16 offices located throughout the outer suburbs of Melbourne and regional Victoria. Currently we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative at our Traralgon and surrounding branches.

So, what does a day look like when you work for us?

Well, we have a saying that no two days are the same and its true. As a Customer Service representative, you will

- Be front of house greeting customers and processing their rentals.
n
- Answer the phones and take reservations, be it in our branch or our current reservations centre.
n
- Deliver vehicles to customers
n
- Drive vehicles between local branches.

- You will have a lot of fun!
