About the Role:

n

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Coordinator / Maintenance Planner to join our team working at a coal mine in the Bowen Basin.

n

Dedicated to this site, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet going,

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Plan, schedule and optimise all maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability
n
- Coordinate servicing, component planning & replacements parts.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and preventive maintenance records, ensuring quality and compliance
n
- Monitoring and escalation of critical equipment issues and emerging risks
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency & fleet reliability
n
- Build strong relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
n

About You:

n

This position would suit someone with strong mechanical aptitude and practical experience; a trade person who wishes to stay in the industry but off the tools.

n

Ideal for someone who has prior experience of planning/scheduling maintenance of heavy plant machinery in a mine site environment.

n





The successful candidate will have the following:

n

n
- Knowledge of heavy mobile equipment condition, monitoring and analysis.
n
- Strong computer skills and experience using maintenance management systems.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
n
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
n
- Experience working on CAT equipment (highly desirable).
n
- Current & valid Driver's Licence.
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
n

n

The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a Coal Board Medical Health Assessment and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment.

n
