We are looking for a high-performing, high-energyExperienced Used Car Sales Managerto take full ownership of our fast-paced pre-owned vehicle division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing premium inventory, maximizing profitable turnover, and mentoring a dedicated sales team to hit record-breaking targets. If you are a strategic negotiator with a proven track record in automotive dealership management, we want you on our showroom floor.

Our Used Vehicle Department has internal display space for up to 45 vehicles, along with external display space allowing up to 75 vehicles+ to be on display at any given time.

The Role:

n

Lead and Mentoring: Train, motivate, and manage the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned sales consultants.

n

Inventory Control: Value trade-ins accurately, source stock through auctions and private purchases, and manage optimal stock-turn cycles.

n





Deal Structuring: Oversee vehicle pricing strategies, profit margins, and secondary finance/insurance product sales.

n

Marketing & Presentation: Ensure all digital listings, imagery, and on-site vehicle displays are immaculate and highly appealing.

n

Compliance & Quality: Oversee roadworthy inspections, workshop reconditioning flow, and all statutory requirements.

About You

n

Experienced Leader: Minimum of 3+ years in a senior automotive sales roles or as an assistant/current Used Car Sales Manager.

n

Market Specialist: Deep knowledge of used vehicle market values, valuations, and current wholesale buying trends.

n

Data-Driven: Exceptional analytical skills to monitor inventory ages, gross profit averages, and team conversions.

n

Customer Obsessed: Committed to maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores and solving retail objections with ease.

n

Licensed & Explicit: Must hold a current, valid local Driver's License and necessary regional sales licensing.
