Concrete Construction Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion and handover. This is a senior delivery role responsible for project performance, client relationships, subcontractor coordination, commercial outcomes and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

n

Manage projects safely, professionally and within programme and budget.

n

Lead clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.

n

Manage site progress, quality, defects, risks and compliance.

n

Oversee contracts, variations, progress claims, retentions and SOPA subcontractor claims.

n

Monitor project costs, forecasting, reporting and financial performance.

n

Lead project meetings and provide clear weekly reports to management.

n

Identify issues early and implement practical solutions.

n

Ensure accurate project records, handover documents and final close-out.

n

Support and mentor Project Managers and site teams.

n

About you

n

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in Australian commercial construction.

n

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project delivery and subcontractor management.

n

Experience with variations, progress claims, retentions and commercial reporting.

n

Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

n

Strong understanding of quality, safety, programme and cost control.

n

Organised, accountable and capable of managing multiple priorities.

n

A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
