What you will be required to do:

n

You will lead the day-to-day execution of maintenance activities across a busy manufacturing site, ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards while supporting plant reliability and operational performance.

- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the site
n
- Supervise maintenance trades personnel and contractors
n
- Manage preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities
n




- Respond to equipment failures and coordinate troubleshooting and repair work
n
- Prioritise maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and maximise plant availability
n
- Ensure compliance with safety systems, permits, isolations, and site procedures
n
- Work closely with Maintenance Planners and Operations teams to manage maintenance priorities
n
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order completion within CMMS systems
n
- Support reliability improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities
n

To be successful in the role you will:

n

n
- Hold a trade qualification or have equivalent maintenance experience
n
- Have previous experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing or industrial environment
n
- Demonstrate strong maintenance workflow management and planning capability
n
- Have experience coordinating preventative and breakdown maintenance activities
n
- Possess a robust understanding of permits, isolations, and safe work systems
n
- Have experience using CMMS or maintenance management systems
n
- Be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
