This Tier 2 developer‐builder is delivering multiple high‐rise residential tower projects across Sydney and continues to grow its pipeline. With 10+ years of secured work and 5,000+ apartments in the pipeline, this is a genuine long‐term opportunity.

The role

n
- Lead day‐to‐day site delivery on high‐rise residential towers
n
- Oversee structures, finishes and services across multiple fronts
n
- Manage Foremen, Leading Hands and large trade teams
n
- Drive program, safety, quality and site culture
n
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project team
n

n

Essential experience

n

n
- Proven high‐rise residential tower experience (non‐negotiable)
n
- General Foreman or Senior Foreman background
n
- Strong understanding of structures and finishes
n
- Confident leading complex, fast‐paced residential sites
n
- Only candidates with high‐rise residential tower experience will be considered.
