The Role:

We are seeking applicants who are professional and reliable with a passion for foodandapositive team attitude. Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking high quality Modern Australian dishes from our menu to consistently high standards

Assisting the HeadChef with the day to day running of the kitchen including coordinating kitchen operations and workflow and effectively communicating with front of house staff

You must be able to work efficiently, operate well under pressure and be willing to assist with training of junior staff and apprentices

Implementing and strictly adhering to workplace healthy,



safety and hygiene regulations

What we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills andgood English isessential

At least two years experience in high volume kitchen along witha Certificate III or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery

Display exceptional culinary skills and a genuine desire to prepare and serve delicious food

Demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, solid customer service, and high standard of personal cleanliness and presentation

A thorough understanding and commitment to food safety and hygiene
