We're looking for an experienced Automotive Estimator to join a fast-paced, high-performing repair centre. If you know your way around quotes, insurers, and repair methods, and want to be part of a supportive, results-driven team, this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assess damaged vehicles (in-person & via images) and prepare accurate repair estimates
n
- Determine the most cost-effective and efficient repair methods
n
- Liaise with insurance assessors and manage approvals
n
- Ensure repair times and costs are realistic and commercially sound
n
- Order parts and manage job bookings once approved
n
- Review existing jobs for variations (labour & parts)
n
- Maintain accurate notes and records in the system
n

What You'll Bring

- Previous estimating experience in automotive repair

- Strong knowledge of repair methods, parts, and labour costing
n
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
