Defect & Triage Lead || 9 Months Contract

Location: Melbourne, VIC (3 Days/Week In Office)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and track defects identified throughout the testing lifecycle.
Lead defect triage sessions, prioritising issues based on business impact and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with development, testing, and delivery teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
Assess risks, provide visibility of issue status, and support release readiness.
Drive defect management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Experience
Robust background in defect management, testing, or quality assurance.
Experience facilitating triage meetings and stakeholder communications.
Ability to prioritise competing issues in rapid-paced delivery environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
