What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating advice implementation and client service activities

- Working closely with advisers to support client outcomes
n
- Supporting and coordinating a small offshore administration team
n
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
n
- Assisting with investment transactions, cash movements and related administration
n
- Monitoring workflow and maintaining high service standards
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
n

What We're Looking For

- Experience within financial planning or wealth management
n




- Strong understanding of advice implementation and client service processes
n
- Experience using Xplan
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- A proactive approach and genuine commitment to client service
