As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of residential projects, working closely with our Project Managers, Director, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Managing residential projects from commencement through to handover
n
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
n
- Programming works and planning 2-4 weeks ahead
n
- Maintaining project timelines and identifying potential delays early
n
- Conducting regular quality and workmanship inspections
n
- Identifying and managing defects before the next trade commences
n
- Reading and interpreting architectural, structural and construction drawings
n
- Ensuring trades are working to drawings, specifications and required standards
n
- Maintaining clean, organised and professional sites
n
- Managing site safety and compliance requirements
n

About you

n

n
- Has experience with custom or high-end residential homes
n
- Has strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
n
- Can confidently read and interpret construction drawings
n




- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple trades and priorities
n
- Plans ahead rather than constantly reacting to problems
n
- Is confident having difficult conversations when standards aren't being met
n
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Is reliable, accountable and takes initiative
n
