Responsibilities:

- Site Visits: Conducting on-site visits to assess clients' landscaping needs.
n
- Project Evaluation: Analysing project requirements, considering factors such as space, soil quality, sunlight, and client preferences.
n
- Cost Estimation: Providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for landscaping projects.
n
- New Work On Site Liaison: Initial consult with teams on site prior to commencement of works.
n
- Client Consultation: Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and offering professional advice on suitable design, hardscaping elements,



and overall design concepts.
n
- Proposal Development: Creating comprehensive proposals outlining project scope, timelines, and cost breakdowns.
n
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
n
- Client Communication: Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients throughout the estimation and project planning process.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Landscaping Estimator or in a similar role within the landscaping industry.
n
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, and landscaping principles.
n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Proficiency in using estimation software and tools, or ability to learn our system.
n
- A degree or certification in horticulture, landscape design, or a related field is a plus.
n
